I did the 200 hr training here back in March—- best thing I’ve ever done for myself and it was not my intention to become a teacher even— the way it changed my life is immense. Met lifelong friends and I continue to come back. Beautiful energies and souls gather here ! Namaste
Just got back into yoga and started coming here and everyone is awesome! Chris behind the desk is super helpful and everyone is super friendly and great. Classes are a great pace too. Really glad I found Atmananda!
I've been so heartwarmingly impressed every single time I visit this studio. There is such peaceful and nourishing energy, and it always feels like I belong and am supported there. I am a fan of the way a thoroughly yogic atmosphere is really cultivated down to the little details, even in busy NYC. There is a sense of integrity and truth in the way the teachers and staff conduct themselves. Altogether a very special place that I couldn't recommend more.
This review is long over due, been coming to Atmananda studio, 3 times a week, almost 2 years now. Always feel like a second home!!
