We were very pleased with the service, speed, and knowledge from At Your Service Auto Repair. We have a shop in West Monroe. (Culp's Automotive). They helped diagnose a problem for us (since we couldn't get our hands on the vehicle), and they were incredible to work with. They sent us pictures of what they found and made everything incredibly easy. They went over and above to help us out, and we would recommend them anytime for exceptional service for your automotive needs.

It wasn't so much the repair. I had a buyer meet me at this repair shop where repairs were being done to purchase my vehicle. After paying for the repairs, this repair shop had a discussion and allowed the buyer access to the vehicle without my consent. I felt this was unprofessional because their business was with me, not the buyer. I paid over 300 to a business that looked out for someone else's interest. I was so upset that I called and all she could tell me was "the buyer was already back there" and "we weren't talking about that". Still unprofessional!
