One of the best experience I had in Japan. The staff, room, environment and food are all 5 stars quality. Will come back again
The landscaping is so amazing. The buildings are seamlessly blended in the nature. The only sounds are from birds and water. The service is top grade. Mariko, our host was so warm. Our 3 year old was spoiled with gifts from the staff. Would love to come back.
Amazing service, and lovely facility. Clean rooms. Private bathhouse is available. The kaiseki meals are incredible. We had a very peaceful and relaxing time.

This was my first time at a Japanese hot spring and I loved it. The breakfast the next morning was great too. Overall it was a great experience for me but I also had the benefit of going with a Japanese native. I was impressed with the room we stayed in and the beautiful garden outside of our door
Very nice ryokan, lovely rotenburo, and a nice hinoki wooden bath in the room itself. The food is outstanding, Michelin star class and a great selection of sake to taste from. This ryokan also has two private baths that you can reserve in the lobby, just in case you want to bathe with your family or in some more privacy. About an 1100 yen taxi ride from Atami station. Very recommended!!
I was staying at Koganezaki suite during my holiday for 2 days. This room is with open air hot spring bath. It's very convenient for couples and lovers to enjoy the Japanese Onsen together. Room is Japanese style with a living room and a sleeping room, al with tatami. All staff are very friendly and nice. Dining is good, breakfast and dinner are traditional and delicious. The hotel has a very beautiful Japanese garden, you could take good pictures, especially during the night. Very nice stay in this hotel.
