Loved the spaciousness of the place, the views, delicious breakfast buffet, on-site onsen, hotel gift shop... Everything was great, but it was a bit too far from town. I got in late at night and even my taxi driver could not find it. I was here for four nights and almost always had some difficulty in getting back. Could really use some signs on nearby streets.

Great place to stay and relax. During week and off holidays prices are quite affordable, with rates from 110 bucks per night and person. Their dinner menu is very delicious. However, expect to pay for any extras. We brought our toddler kids and they charged for kids food, kids yukatta, and on and on and on.
Great location. Fabulous views from the rooms. Restaurant high srandard.

日帰り温泉のみ利用した事がありますがフロントの男性の対応とても良かった印象があります。 私たちはペット連れ旅行希望なのでこちらもペットOKの部屋を作って欲しいです。 ペットOKの石和利用した事ありますが温泉とお部屋良いのですが清掃員ヤバい人いて再来控えてます。 ペット受け入れかんぽの宿少ないので増えると良いな。 熱海なら立地も良いし最高なのになぁ。。
かんぽの宿 熱海を利用しました。海抜150mを超える岳の上にありました。バルコニーがあり、そこからは海を一望できました。残念ながら、1階にある、もみほぐしコーナーはコロナの影響で休業していました。エアコンのフィルターと空気清浄機に埃がベッタリでしたので、掃除機でも良いので埃を吸うだけでも良いので実践してもらいたいなとは思いました。
2020年12月に利用。お部屋は和洋室。快適な子連れ旅になりました。フロント横に予約なしで利用可なキッズルームあり(-22時まで)。ここで絵本が借りられ助かりました。 図書室はコロナ対策でクローズ中。 お風呂は殿方･姫方で広さ装飾に差はないようです。両方ともおむつゴミ箱、ベビーベッド、バス有り。 お食事はおいしいけど少し量が物足りなかったかな。 お酒のメニューのおまけ程度でも一品頼めたら良かったです。 山の上にあるのでチェックインしてからふらっとコンビニやスーパーへ徒歩でいくのは億劫です。 スタッフの皆様優しい接客でおだやかに過ごせました。 ※一部フロアで美装工事中とのこと※
