Friendly staff and always helpful. The prices they offer for game buy backs are really low. You can do better selling them yourselves. Used book pricing also seems a bit high. On a positive note, they have an outstanding selection and you can get distinctive gifts in one stop. Just don't expect used prices like you might think.
Love this place! I am a avid book lover as well as music lover. This place feeds my addictions to both plus allows me to shop for gifts for family and friends at great prices. I have also traded in dvd's without hassles of any kind. Staff are always on point with reading suggestions no matter what age group I am trying to purchase for. Loads if great deals, smiling faces too.
Always a great place to go. They have everything from comic books to old games to musical instruments. All in all it's a great place to visit. You are not rushed by the employees. You are pretty much given your space here
Amazing selection and really reasonable prices. We bought Top Gun since our kids had never seen it before. We took them to the Danger Zone, and they loved it! Can't wait to explore the store more soon.
I love everything about the merchandise in this store! Tons and tons of great CDs, movies, shows, games, books and little trinkets. Everyone should go there! Perfect for shopping & fun :) also great place for thoughtful and reasonably priced gifts especially during holidays!!
Do NOT sell here. I am so disappointed with the offer I got. (I only accepted because they were too heavy to carry all the way back home.) I brought 8-9 brand new, never read books, half were hardcover and half paperback. I was expecting around 20 for them all since each book was worth 12-18 on their own. I got an offer of 4 cash or 7 store credit. I found one of the books I sold in the store. They were selling for more than they offered me for all of them combined. Such a rip off. Not to mention everything is overpriced considering the amount they paid to get it. And the cashier was really rude to me for no reason. I do not recommend going here.
I prefer the 2nd & Charles in Augusta. The Athens location lacks the DVD selection that I came to love from this chain. The book selection is good. I'm not a fan of the stores arrangement. I recommend this location to those who seek its services but until I have used more of their services, I maintain my 3-star rating.
