Great Experience! Being from Atlanta, I have only experienced BMW dealerships within that area. The Athens Location is by far superior in customer service and communication! I was notified in different forms of communication multiples times and Daniel was spot on with all of his information. I received a video of the diagnostics and another issue that was spotted during the inspection! Daniel provided useful information that other BMW dealerships lacked to communicate which ended up saving me money! I will not hesitate to return to this dealership!! Job well done! Thanks

Zach made me feel like I was a celebrity. I thought I needed an oil change, turned out I still had a while to go. But he had the mechanics check everything else out while I was there and my back tires were dangerously bald. He got me hooked up with a courtesy car for the weekend and handled all of my car's needs and DID NOT BREAK THE BANK!! I was so pleased with the service, the communication, the convenience and most of all the price!! They rocked my world!
Matt always does a great job of getting the right technician involved quickly and sending the video that clearly shows the issues that need to be addressed. In this case coolant pump and thermostat were replaced. We always appreciate the was and vacuum. Athens BMW keeps our 740 running great. A and well done. Worth the drive from Loganville.
Great service and experience with Athens BMW and Danny Cornell. They diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed everything after providing a detailed video walkthrough of the issues as well as a quote. During the process, Danny kept me updated via text, email and phone. Very impressive use of technology to make communication easy. I paid online prior to picking up my car too which made it simple to checkout. And all this was accomplished within 24 hours. Thank you for a great experience!
This dealership is by far the best around! Not only was my service with Matt perfect but then Alex the Technology Genius spent about 45 minutes showing me features of my car that I had no idea existed. Thank you to an amazing team all around! I was there to replace defective air bags. My experience with Athens BMW was awesome from my first contact on the phone through dropping the car off in the service lane to picking the car up after it was washed and vacuumed, I spoke with several people while I was waiting. They were all friendly and hospitable.
I normally take my car to a dealer in Atlanta, I still have my CPO and they wanted to charge me for all repairs. Athens BMW took care of everything. Great service and loved the diagnostic video of my car.
