I’m a second generation of dealing with the Hearing Aid Factory. They took great care of my father in law and his hearing and comprehension needs. They were extraordinarily kind, professional, and patient with him. Now, I needed their services and there was little question as to where I’d purchase my hearing aids! Courtney treats me like family and always goes the extra mile to be sure I’m receiving the most benefit from my hearing aids! If all businesses had their work ethic and customer service, the world would certainly be a better place!!

These guys are THE nicest and kindest you could ever hope to me. My left aid was not working and within a few minutes Ms Smallwood had fixed the problem and had me on my way with a great cup of coffee and a beautiful smile. Go see them for great product and wonderful service
