What an awesome experience, considering the nature of our acquaintance. When I did not receive proper medical care at a local VA Hospital and became paralyzed, we needed help. I dealt with the firm on a recent closing. I found the attorneys and staff to be quite friendly and professional. Matters were explained in a clear and concise manner without legal jargon. Parking was a bit tricky since I was not familiar with the area, so I would suggest giving yourself an extra minute or five. I would definitely work with them again and refer clients for matters I don't practice.

Attorney Michael Ruppersburg and his staff were absolutely amazing! By far the best call I could have made was to them. They treated me with compassion and as a priority. They were very caring and professional. I never had to worry or be concerned about the status of my case because I was always kept well informed; Michael would give me continuous updates via email or he would call me himself. There were many times that I had questions that I would email him and he would always answer them very promptly. I was involved in a wreck in November 2018 and my case was settled in June 2019 but keep in mind that not all cases can be resolved that quickly but know that they are constantly working hard for you. After our car wreck in January, I was overwhelmed with the process of dealing with insurance, medical providers and billing, I decided to hire an attorney to represent my wife and me.
