We were more than patient, yes he showed up to inspect, came back for 750.00 for materials. The 150.00 for inspection was supposed to go towards the repairs. I can't count how many times we tried to reach James and his wife, who by the way left him, in the middle of our nightmare......still have not recovered our 900.00

Diana was courteous, however they rescheduled me 4 times. My real estate deal nearly fell through because I believed they would show for the scheduled appointment. Fortunately, I was able to find a reliable company to complete the job. I would not recommend due to their lack of professionalism, unreliability, and inability to keep appointments made.
James does very good work brickwork and will make your Chimney look new.
Scheduled with them and 4x they cancelled and wanted to reschedule. Moreover, they text you the morning/afternoon of when they are due, to cancel. Will not answer our phone calls. Completely unprofessional! *NO STARS*
First of all you cannot review your own company that is dishonest! Second do not waste your time calling them. HUGE waste of our time calling them! They scheduled appointments and texted "no phone call" to tell me they needed to reschedule my repair more than once. Completely unprofessional, I do not recommend!
