Great location at an awesome price! My daughter has lived here for 2 years and we couldn’t be more pleased with her experience. Management is always friendly and helpful and maintenance takes care of any issues she’s had quickly. The private shuttle has been a huge blessing too! Definitely recommend living here!

Best location for price and size of apt. I got a four bedroom with two of my friends and used their roommate matching to fill the 4th spot. Moved in back in August and have enjoyed the experience so far. There have been a few maintenance issues but all were fixed quickly! The office staff is nice and I like that they take my packages so they aren't left at my front door unattended. The shuttle has been great and reliable and I like that it takes us downtown on the weekends. I can hear some noise from my neighbors at night but nothing major...I feel like that's common living in an apartment anywhere. Their amenities are pretty awesome too. Overall I really like living here and I plan on staying while I finish school.

To put it simply- do not live here. The staff keeps deleting my roommate's and I's reviews, so I am sure they will delete this. For how expensive the rent is, you could get a better place in Athens closer to campus or downtown. On top of that, the unit was disgusting when my roommates and I moved in, the appliances have to be fixed once a month, and the staff here is SO RUDE. Every time that I talk to the staff, I am super nice and calm, and they are rude for no reason. I have to pay for printing (for school papers) elsewhere because they do not let you use their printer. I am a senior at UGA and have never had an apartment tell me that I cannot use their printer. The worst part of all is that maintenance barges in without warning and they are extremely loud. The Abbey West staff knows that we are doing online schooling right now. I had just gotten out of the shower when the maintenance staff came in. They sent us an email last week saying that they may come anytime today, but did not give a specific time frame. And when the maintenance staff comes in, they do not need to be yelling loudly when my roommates are in class. I feel unsafe in my own home at this point when 2 large men come in yelling in my apartment without warning when I am getting out of the shower. Additionally, the gate at the front of the complex is always broken, and when we asked them to fix it they said they were \getting to it\ and it took a month. I truly regret living here, and I hope that someone reads this review and lives somewhere else in Athens.

It is a great complex, and the staff is amazing! Your about 8 minutes away from campus, and your close to everything. I like that they have 2 transportation options, so if my car goes out I still have a way to get around. There is always a place to park, and the amenities are great. Maintenance is always on top of any issues. I recommend this place to all my friends.

Nothing like coming back home to my apartment after a full day of work seeing that it was completely destroyed without even a notice. Not to mention my bathroom furniture was shoved into my bedroom and my vinyls got thrown on my bedroom floor when they were once on their shelf in my living room... shame on you Abbey West. No respect for coming in and throwing paying resident's things all over the floor.
