I took my Mercedes to have a transmission flush and service was excellent. I read reviews but usually don't post them but Jamie and the crew are awesome. I recommend this shop highly. God bless

Atypical Bimmer

They are great but not the best. I’ve owned multiple BMWs and Volkswagen, and have been to quite a few mechanic shops both in metro Atlanta areas and in Athens. So let me put this clear: Pros: - they do quality work! - they are very knowledgeable and willing to explain to you what’s going on with your car - they offer shuttle service Cons: - they tend to charge a bit extra for what they do Here is an example: I accidentally cross threaded my oil filter housing cap when doing an oil change, causing the car to spill engine oil once it’s started. I talked to them about the situation and supposed this should be an easy fix, but was charged 200 just to adjust and tighten the oil filter housing cap. Yes I understand that you have to pay your staff, shuttle drivers, etc, but doing so by charging more on repairs just kinda makes me uneasy.

If you need an excellent, trustworthy mechanic, Car Craft is the way to go. The entire staff is outstanding. It has a real, family oriented atmosphere. They are always quick, they explain things very well, and they don’t try to pressure you into doing unnecessary things for your vehicle. I highly recommend them for any of your car’s repairs or regular service. They also offer a ride service at no cost, so you don’t have to wait for your car and can still make it to class, work, or just go home. They are absolutely incredible and I always leave feeling confident and very pleased with the work they did.

Absolutely the best customer service AND affordable vehicle work! This business has done right by my family time and time again! Everyone we have worked with has been great , but Jamie has been my constant contact. He has gone above and beyond in helping us anytime we have one of our three vehicles in the shop. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and consistency of this business. We have multiple vehicle makes and types and have no hesitation having them serviced at Car Craft of Athens. I know finding a trustworthy car care business is difficult and stressful, but I am so thankful we found Car Craft! I trust them completely with all my vehicles (foreign and domestic) and will continue to go back to them with all of my families’ vehicle maintenance and repairs.

I brought my car in to have two problems fixed. They found two other problems. They called me to get my permission to fix the other two problems before they started working on them. They did not pressure me to get the additional repairs done. They allowed me to make my own decision. They kept me updated on all the repairs and were very fair and honest about the costs. I would take my car here to be repaired again. Thanks!
