Brought in my ‘05 s60 with loads of errors and multiple misfires. Had tried to diagnose myself and was unable to. Took it to Diversified and it took them a little while, but nothing untimely, to figure out that my issue was the throttle body. They changed spark plugs and cleaned mass air intake. In order to try and diagnose. They were very upfront about it the whole time. Unfortunately replacing the throttle body was a little too pricey for me, so I’ll be doing it myself, but all in all my savings are pretty minimal. If I had a little more cash I would certainly spend it with the team at diversified. Trust worthy, reliable, and flexible. Even offered to let me leave my car as long as I need. (Also replaced my CV joint a while back)

I had a minor issue with my vehicle that appeared to be something more troublesome. They were kind and transparent enough to simply clear up the problem and send me on my way without any excessive charges. Really, really good people at this shop. Having worked in vehicle replacement years ago, this is a breath of fresh air considering some of the business practices I have witnessed.

This is a very professional, well run business, doing excellent repair and warranty work. I am more than happy with every transaction I have had with them. We have had a number of repairs done by them on different automobiles and have had no complaints whatsoever.
