INCREDIBLE (If you are considering placing an order, I strongly recommend the Simply Edible Bouquet. It was absolutely beautiful and a perfect size to share with a few of my closest friends)

I changed my rating to 5 stars because Claudia and the team went above and beyond to fix a bad experience. This location reahced out to completely fix the problem and I couldn't be more appreciative for the quality and service I received. I will most definitely use this location again! Thanks to the team for your great customer service!! I tried calling before my order was delivered and received no answer though I called during regular business hours. I sat on hold for over 10 minutes each time. My order was dropped at the door of the recipient without any acknowledgement if they were home so now the order is ruined as they got home a day later (keep in mind this was a sympathy gift). I will never order from this store again... horrible customer service. I'll see if I can even get thru to someone tomorrow. What a mess!

The arrangement was tasty however when I placed my order they did not give me a delivery time frame so I called after COB (I noticed late) and I was given the time span of an hour. Less than 10 minutes later the delivery guy calls (which I am not home because I wasn’t given a delivery time and had some places to go) and long story short he was given an address in Duluth by the SHOP. I left my address on my order as one is required to do so I’m not sure whatsoever how the shop gave the driver a Duluth address. The driver seemed like a decent young man but he couldn’t find the address and when he found the neighborhood, he left it at the completely wrong house when my address was on the delivery slip and we’d given him the address as well. The houses in my subdivision have house numbers clearly displayed so I’m not sure how he left it at a home that starts with 2 rather than 4. Thankfully the resident was very understanding and called me and I was able to get it from her. I’m very dissatisfied with this establishment and this is my FIRST time ordering from them. I will just have to use Shari’s Berries next time and wait for them to ship here. I wish I could get a refund because this was not worth the hassle.

Well I’m very disappointed in the display of the arrangement was not right at all and was not informed it would not look like the picture wrong balloons and I feel if they ran out of product rather they asked me to change it or refund my money back then to throw anything together that looked awful I don’t know I’m just so upset. they say that they hand picked for freshness but it was in a packaged and the cheese cake was smooshed and so was the cookies, the fruit looked bad. horrible for Valentine’s day gift does not even look edible.. if I could give no stars I would...
