Oil change
I stopped by Express for an oil change and was helped by Dakota and Justin. Dakota was courteous, efficient, kind enough to answer all of my questions and got me in and out quickly. He helped me understand everything clearly and taught me some helpful things to know about my car. This was my second time there and I must say I’m thoroughly impressed with the efficiency and service I’ve received thus far and everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I will happily be back for my next service. Thank you so much, you guys rock!

I got my oil changed here today, and I had a good experience. I chose this location based on the good reviews, and they were right! Friendly and professional staff, reasonable wait times, and I never had to leave my car! I liked that the person who worked on my car did not try to pressure me into making additional unnecessary purchases as most places, in my experience, have done this. I will be a return customer for sure!
I’ve been here multiple times and every time I go the service gets slower and slower. I went last week for one my cars and waited an hour in line for an oil change and then today I took my other car and waited an hour and 30 minutes. I’m done with this place! I wish I never bought tires from here because now I’ll have to come get them rotated from time to time for the warranty. Looking for another location so maybe I can just go there instead. If the workers stop talking and playing around then maybe the lines will move quicker.
I was very impressed with my experience at this Express Oil Change location. The wait time was long - but it was worth it. The gentleman that helped me that day was very honest. I wanted a tire rotation and he advised me that the place I had gotten them would rotate them for free. I was really appreciative of that honesty. They also checked my headlights, brake lights and license plate lights. I will definitely return in future!
Fast, top notch service! If anything is wrong with your vehicle, they will personally bring you out to the car and show you what they've found, instead of just telling you. Very friendly employees! This will be my go to shop going forward!
