The purchase of my 2019 F-150 was great. Since I purchased it there I've wanted to have it serviced there. Been three times. First time I had to wait 15 minutes to be helped. The second and third times I had to take it back to get the air in my tires adjusted. They said they check everything but if they can't even check the air what else are they not checking. I depend on the dealer to keep my truck running right.

Buying a car can be a tough experience with all the options and dealerships out there. Timmy Gay made my family's trip to Athens Ford extremely quick easy. We started with a test drive followed by the dreaded \money talk\. With Timmy it never felt unpleasant or awkward. He was professional in making sure I was taken care of all while providing some fun entertainment for my 2 year old son. We were able to make a deal that worked out great for my family and I drove away in my new truck. Go for a visit and ask for Timmy...you will not be disappointed.

Be aware of this place! This place is terrible on customer service and quality of work. For starters I called several times to set up an appointment for three days and could not speak to anyone. I finally went up there and asked to have my tire looked at because it had a nail in the center of the tread. The associate returned to me explaining that they had to replace the tire because one the hole was too big and two the tread was too low. Then of course he does his whole sales pitch to sale me all new tires. I asked him why did they tell me 5000 miles ago that my tires were good (in the green according to their feel good chart) and now they are too low (in the red according to their feel good chart) to be driving around. He then told me I was wrong and they were in the yellow last time. I keep all my paperwork and i went back to look at it later and I was correct. This place is a scam and a money maker. My wife and I both have been loyal customers of this place and bought both of our truck from here. This isn’t the first time poor craftsmanship and lies have come from this place from my experience. That’s what I get for giving them a second chance. It’s sad because I don’t mind paying a higher price for good service. I can get the same quality and service from Walmart.
