My family was nearly ran off the road today by a Geek Squad employee driving a Geek Squad car. He constantly honked at us, tried to pass us and run us off the road and was speeding way over the speed limit. If this is like they treat you on the road, I can only imagine how horrible the service is in person. Disgusted.

The overall experience was positive. The service was too expensive though. In addition to a drive, there was an additional 100 to complete a short, routine data recovery ticket.

I had to send my computer in to get fixed and it came back with a different problem. I took it back and they said the service center nicked a cord. The employee told me the service. Center sucked and did not suggest sending it in. I have to because I need a working computer. They were not helpful at all I have to go at least two weeks with out a computer because of their mistake and they didn't care.
