They have volunteered to host events benefitting the local community in their facility and they can be seen given their time and expertise to support our local community. I just have to brag on this gym..My son started last week, the coaches here are unbelievably friendly, not even his teachers greet him like they do here! There’s so much Positive energy and the coaches all seem so happy to see you when u enter the gym! I’m extremely happy with our decision getting a membership here, even I want to try the classes! If your ever looking for a great facility, check this gym out. Their first class is always free and you won’t be disappointed the slightest. Judgement free zone here, and the friendly staff are the kindest ppl I’ve met! Grateful to be a part of this gym!

The best gym experience I have ever had. I had the privilege of working for this gym for a year. Keith's dedication to his family, his clients, and his employees is really beyond human sometimes. The coaches are all so informed, caring, and awesome. The community is nothing I have seen in another gym with the unending support, love, and camaraderie. Seriously, this is the best opportunity in Athens for a good work out community. Thank you for teaching me so much!
