Excelent customer service from BRODIE METER. I'm so thankful for work ethics like his. I was traveling from MA to AL, the store was closing and he stayed to change my flat tire. If it was not for him I'd spend a night in hotel. Thank you, stellar service!!!!

What a joke, took in a 2013 BMW320i for brake pad replacement to be told I need a sensor replaced to bring it back again the day after won’t take five minutes. 3 hours and a second visit they tell me I need to go to bmw for a light reset that they can’t do it. Then Barry has the nerve to say he can just take it back off. 2 repair bills and still need to service at BMW??? Get home and reset it- they are just ignorant! Absolutely rude, 2 vehicles that I have serviced there I won’t anymore.

I hate to say but have had trouble the last few times here. Not with people but with something not fixed correctly and scratched up. Cannot take my vehicles back until it changes.
