The new property manager continues to put print out on my door via the maintenance man as well as not answering the phone not returning phone calls about money she claims is owed because they can't get ahold of the former property manager who Left and took residents money. I pay my rent on time and this lady Cheryl continues not to answer the phone or call me back in regards to money she claims is owed due to the other property manager leaving and we the residents didn't even know. The maintenance doesn't fix anything I have mold in my unit and water leaking from a pipe they claimed they fixed when I moved in 4 months ago and it's not.my children have asthma and allergies. My next step is to call code enforcement as well as a lawyer. Y'all need to do better and getting money from the government and not fixing anything..
