I currently am renting from Sable Rentals and am happy with my choice. We did have to clean quite a bit upon our move in but the house is quite nice. The landlord is quick to address any issues that may arise. Also she is very reasonable and easy to work with when it comes to improvements or repairs. Very glad I decided to rent from Pnina!

Pnina was the first landlord I've ever had and I gotta say renting from her was a wonderful experience! The house I lived in (with roommates) was so homey and nice. It had so much character, and I always felt comfy in it. When we had to deal with issues regarding a couple people who subleased under us over the summer before moving in, Pnina was responsive and reliable with helping us wrap up the issue fast and effectively. Pnina and her daughter are so welcoming, nice and helpful. They really go the extra mile to work with and understand their tenants. They're honest and trustworthy. I miss our house so much! So many great memories were made there. Thanks Pnina for being a wonderful and trustworthy landlord!
I’ve rented through a few different people in Athens and Sabel Rentals has been by far the best. They are an awesome group to rent from. They addressed all of our concerns quickly and were happy to go the extra mile. The maintenance people are great and respond quickly when it comes to repairs and maintenance. The landlord makes sure that you understand your lease and helps you with the process of transitioning to living off campus. The houses are clean and the landlord is always upgrading amenities. For example we had a brand new kitchen and deck when we moved in and my friends who rented from her had a brand new bathroom with a killer shower set up. Definitely recommend anyone who sees this to rent from them!!

My two roommates and I had an overall positive experience with Sabel Rentals. Whenever we requested maintenance, it was carried out swiftly no questions asked. We had a leaking problem that turned out to be a bigger issue and it was resolved. They redid the roof. They were extremely friendly and would give you a timely heads up when they had house showings. They also were very understanding and reasonable when some finance complications arose. Very easy to get a hold of if you needed to as well.
