Brian Roe did a tremendous job in helping us with our home loan. He was extremely knowledgeable (I cannot emphasize this enough) and helped us know exactly what to expect. He was very honest and straightforward and worked very hard to make things go smoothly for our loan closing. He was very responsive to our questions and communicated very thoroughly with us throughout the process. I have heard nightmare story after nightmare story about working with various lenders. But our experience with Brian and Safe Harbor Mortgage was very pleasant. No drama at all. Bottom line, he is honest and diligent and knows his stuff. I highly recommend that you talk to him if you need a home loan.

Went in and spoke with Brian and was very satisfied with how he handled setting up my mortgage. He got me a very low interest rate and made sure that the process was easy and simple for me without taking him a lot of paper work and lots of trips to his office. Very fast and courteous professional. Will go to again if I need another mortgage!!
