Had an appointment and they seemed bothered that we were there. Had what seemed like the maintenance guy show us an apartment. No details. Just a \hurry up and go.\ Apartments were terrible for the price. Not spacious at all! Stay away! Overpriced!

Infested with cockroaches! I wanted to like this place because the people in the office are nice, but this apartment complex is really awful. I lived there for awhile, and I saw cockroaches almost every day..it was so bad that I started sleeping at my friend's place every night just to not have to deal with it. My roommate and I kept the place clean, but the cockroaches were EVERYWHERE even outside and all over on the grounds of the property. I told the office and they brought pest control many times, but that did nothing..the cockroach infestation is already so bad that I'm not sure if anything can get rid of them. On top of this, the office is not present. Dozens of times I would go to get my Amazon packages from the office, and they would be closed despite it being normal business hours like 2pm on a Tuesday. I have never experienced an office that just closes at random hours during the week for absolutely no reason..it has caused me to not receive packages when I need them, and I was stuck when I moved in because no one was in the office..my roommate had to let me in. As if it couldn't get any worse, sometimes when you call the office during the normal business hours that they say they are open, it redirects your call to an \off-site\ team that knows nothing about the apartments. It's like some kind of cruel joke...this off-site group did not even know what the gate code was or how to help me with moving in. They have ZERO knowledge of the apartments, and always say they will just let the main office know you called. If they can never help you, what is their purpose then?..The main office should be available during the posted business hours as stated on their website, and it's a shame that they leave the tenants high and dry with little to no communication. There are so many other apartments in Athens..Save yourself the headache and avoid this place unless you like absent management and sleeping with cockroaches on your bed
