Don't go here, they will try to rip you off. The woman up front is rude on the phone and in person. They will always come up with some obscure reason that they have to charge you a little extra than normal when really theyre just scamming you.
The first time we went they charged us almost 70 just to run diagnostics on a car we were planning to purchase. Shook it off. Went back and service was expensive but we were in a pinch to get it done and it was close by. Third time they crossed the line. Needed to have a window and handles fixed as well as needing to plug a tire. The window worked but just wouldn't go up all the way. Cost to plug the tire was 15. When they called us and told us that it would be 125 in labor for EACH item (1 window 2 handles same door) 375 the cost for parts around 800! Told them I would need to check with husband because that was a hefty expense and we needed to prioritize. Called them and told them to just deal with the tire for now. We would have to come up with the money for the other fixes for later. John was nice and told us that there would be a small charge on top of the 15 plug for the tire for diagnosis of the door. When my husband went to pick it up the grand total was 110!!! Wont be trying it out for a 4th time. I'm giving a 2 star because he was polite on the phone. But I'm also giving a 2 star because it's blatantly obvious on the receipt that they up-charged us when we told them that we would not be doing any other work at this time but having the tire plugged. Also, the window stopped working all together when we picked it up. Called 3 separate times to speak with someone about this issue and no one would answer.
They have Full Service ladies! Great service and care. Thanks for the years of service to our community.
