The employees are always efficient in handling business, knowledgeable, and polite. Only once have I had an issue and thus was with deductions for saving purposes, and I had to correct this over the phone. Other than that, I have had no issues. I really like this financial institution. I have recommended them to others.

I wish I could give them less than a one... Had an issue with a check someone had given me that bounced.... They proceeded to LOCK my account... Refuse my direct deposit, I spoke to 3 people on the phone.... All were very rude and condescending.. Becky Drew is awful!!!! After requesting to speak to her manager she hung up on me.... Beware people... Go to any other bank!!!! Edit: I have banked with them for years with no issue... Never been in the negative..

Had plenty of money in my bank to pay my electric bill. They blocked my card without asking & I was charged a 30 return fee by the electric company but they won't refund it. Thank you TVFCU for wasting my money.
