My grandmother goes here, The main staff (nurses & Doctors) are good people, but the receptionist always seems to be so rude no matter who’s there. First impression is always a good impression if they aren’t welcoming how will you comfortable.

Serious problems with the staff, not the doctors. Communication is next to impossible by phone--you actually have to work hard to get someone eal\ to answer--and messages are, maybe, returned in 2-3 days. (And you should hear what you have to go through to get a prescription refilled!) Anyhow, the scheduler admittedly made an error in scheduling a procedure for my husband, and after assuring me she would correct it, she is to be out of the office for more than a week! Person who took over for her did not understand or know that I needed to work with the scheduler on an appropriate date because of a very complicated therapy and medical appointment calendar. (My husband actually made those arrangements without consulting our calendar. ) I called and left word of the problem within 3 hours, 3 days ago, but so far, no response. So now, instead of getting this procedure completed before we must leave town for a medical conference, I'm in limbo, waiting yet again for someone to return my call. Oh, by the way, this was all supposed to be done and over with 3 weeks ago. Our doctor's list is pretty long--14 for my husband alone--so we know people do get busy, BUT...I rarely have to wait more than a day to get someone to acknowledge my call. Even Emory is prompt. Very disappointed. Apparently the customer is not always right. No complaint with the doctors, though.
Everything went well, I had no issues with anyone there they were all nice and helpful.
Had to have a pretty big surgery on some veins and I don't think I could have found a better doctor for the job. I would recommend any guy to the urology clinic for their needs!

Payed payment Lost money and said I didnt pay. Would not see me until I payed, so how you figure I owe more. Bad service.
