I have been receiving treatment for 2 years for stage 4A small cell cancer & I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr. Thomas, the PA's and staff are. Everyone is so helpful & cheerful make every effort to make treatments as pleasant as possible!

I'm going on 5 years in treatment for Stage 3B lung caner and i could not be more pleased and grateful for the advice, treatment, care, response and information i have received from every one at UCBC. From the front desk to the phlebotomists to the pharmacy to the business office - they have all been kind and helpful - trying to make our lives easier and more pleasant as we face a terminal disease. And its VERY important to note that I could not have gotten a better team leader than my oncologist, Cynthia Shepherd. Brilliant, kind, open, caring - she is willing and able to discuss the treatment options with me and my wife as my cancer takes its many twists and turns. We have developed a relationship of trust with Dr Shepherd that i think is imperative when facing a disease that is diagnosed as terminal. If you are reading this review that means you or someone close to you has cancer, so i wish you good health - and an experience that has been as good as ours.

My husband saw Dr. Chang... We waited quite a while, but once he came in it was worth the wait. He took him time with us. He asked tons of questions, took many notes, answered my husband's questions, & was very pleasant.
