I have rented through Wharton Rentals for the last two years of my college experience and it has been amazing! Very flexible and convenient for my roommates and I. Sign with Wharton Rentals! They have great places and ideal locations. Bryan has been amazing and communicates great. They offer both apartment and houses. They are very kept up and most include parking, washer dryer, and nice appliances! If you have any issues, they are very quick to respond and send someone over immediately! I wouldn’t sign with any other company! They are great and so are their properties!
The houses were super nice and well taken care of. I high recommend them. They were such beautiful houses. I had no issues with any of the plumbing or air conditioning/heaters. Nothing ever broke and everything was in great condition. I hadn't problems with anything.
Bryan Wharton has been very understanding of any issues or requests that come up. He was been very understanding with rent, pet policies and general maintenance. Overall, great experience!
Living at 39 N College is the nicest home in Athens hands down. Living here with 8 girls is so much fun and it has the best porch and location. Right near court street and the center of everything. Sign with them! They have the best places and location.
