I overheard Marsha gossiping about my private case very sensitive details. She must have assumed I left but I returned for a moment to thank her and I left in tears. I can’t belief someone of her credentials would have the nerve to be gossiping to others over the phone as she sat down for some nosh, without a minute to spare following my departure from the office, might I add. I confronted her the following day over the phone and she denied it. so still have no clue as to whom the other person she was relaying my sensitive info to was, but I certainly hope it was not another supposedly licensed professional due to the fact that her language was so cruel and salty.

When I had an accident at work, not only was I never the same but I was treated poorly by the company I worked for and, the Workman's Compensation insurance company (Travelers). I was turned down by Social Security after filing for disability twice. A good friend of mine highly recommended Atkin & Associates. A year later I was granted a hearing with Social Security and, was found to be Fully Favorable and, was given my disability and, my back pay. Atkin & Associates did a tremendous job for me. I met with Marsha Atkin several times over the course of 4years regarding a workers comp claim. Each and every encounter was 100% professional, courteous, and patient. She was easy to schedule an appointment with, and never kept me waiting more than five minutes. I found her to be extremely competent and well informed.
