I lived here for a year, I personally did not experience some of the negative things others have. The main reason I left the property was because I needed a bigger space, there is no visitors parking, and the neighbours dog was too loud. There is definitely a-lot of room for improvement and I don't think management was doing anything about it, the only time I started seeing a difference and someone trying to make a change is when Brendon joined their team. Brendon was always responsive, helpful and tried to engage with residents.

The management is extremely unprofessional here, the parking situation is an absolute nightmare. There are numerous drug deals going on throughout the complex, and the place is always a wreck. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

The level of professionalism.... What property company or management responds to peoples issues by replying to their responses here ? It should be a generic professional response and communicated to the resident in private via email or phone!

There were pretty minor things when we entered out apartment on move in day. We have been re-assured that maintenance has received all our requests and are happy to help out.

Great location but the apartment had insects all across the ceiling. I had to take the broom and kill them and clean them up. The vent was caked with dust and it seems like it would have been an easy thing to clean. The elevator at the garage was broken since we arrived and there is no sign saying it’s broken. Had to haul all the bags up the stairs a big inconvenience. I would not give them a 5 star but I think they deserve more than 3. I expected more for the amount Im spending here
