Horrible! Awful communication! Take my advice and donate to a better company. Left my bags outside in the rain for 2 days! Valuable items that are now trash! Called to complain and the lady had a bad attitude and said they can come in 2 weeks! They may or may not come. I don’t trust them. Smh! Do better!

I had 3 large bags of donations for Goodwill or to drop off at one of those drop boxes near our home, but they removed the box. I had the bags sitting in our garage for 2 weeks at least. I noticed my neighbor was having their donations picked up and the gentleman was nice enough to stop at my house and take the donations. In the POURING rain no less. I didn't get his name but I really appreciated it. Kudos to whoever you were doing pickups in Cumming, GA on 2/6/20.

Horrible experience! I scheduled a pick up for things that I cleaned out during my time off. I had an original pick up date on last Thursday. I sat the things out on the porch and when I got home later that evening, the things were still there. I called to notify someone at AKS, she said she didn't have me down for a pickup. I gave her my number, address and other information and although I had all the information to sit the things out down to putting the sign on all the boxes to read AKS pickup. They couldn't find my information. She apologized and said we have a pick up time tomorrow, just leave them and we will get them before close time on Friday. Friday evening came and the items are still sitting on the porch. They did not come again. Now it's the weekend, they are closed so the things are still sitting on my porch . Monday morning as I type this review, I am on hold waiting for a manager to pickup , holding now for over 15 minutes. Horrible service, will never use this place again. I just spoke with someone other than a manager whom eventually found my information and apologized for the inconvenience and said someone would pick the things up on Wednesday, 2 days from now. I guess I'll bring the things back in. I'll try and find another service to get the things , if not, I'll have to wait until Wednesday. Horrible, horrible experience!

Delivery drivers keep relying only on GPS instead of reading street signs so they keep going to N Boundary Pl .
