A consistently remarkable restaurant, defined by its great food and equally polished service. A perfect place for a top-tier business dinner, or a special family moment. Food is booth simple and sophisticated -- and unfailingly well done. The model of adapting successfully to the Covid reality. Daily dinner selections let you enjoy true gourmet / restaurant quality food and wine pairings at home. Aria just does it right, whatever the situation.

Amazing environment. Food was cooked perfectly. The major reason why it is not a 5 star is just due to the fact every single dish you had to make sure to have every piece of the ingredient to make it taste good. The Brussels were incredible texture, but just had a burnt taste, no flavor to it besides the overwhelming taste of it being burnt. Starters: the pork belly was probably the best dish of the night, followed closely by the starter duck. Trout was great especially if using the sauce to the outside of the dish for the flavoring. Scallops were light flaky, and not overly buttery, but potato and butternut squash was bland without salt. Would go back, but for the price would consider other restaurants first. Great ambience

Aria is one of these locations about which one can't speak without excitement and somewhat trepidation. First of all this awesome Aria has anything to do with that sushi chain like known in Chicago and few other places. This place is absolutely authentic, food is inventive, very memorable, wine selection is superb. The champagne selection is a symphony. Every time we spend a night here it's a time of pure pleasure. In my opinion this restaurant would greatly benefit from life violin or Spanish guitar player. The place is justifiably expensive.

Was very disappointed by the food and service. Table for 4 with tasting menu and wine pairing. One vegetarian. Most of the vegetarian courses were just a simple salad or the meat entree with just the meat taken off. The non vegetarian dishes also seemed uninspired and were nearly unanimously not cared for by anyone at the table. There was very little discussed/explained about what was being served. The servers did not even know what was on the dish multiple times. Was told “sorry I forgot”. I was equally disappointed by the wine pairing. The server just read the bottle (when he was able to) and poured random amounts without any explanation of why it was being paired, even when asked. I love experiencing a tasting menu, but for nearly a 1000 for 4 people I was expecting much much more based off of prior experiences at other restaurants. Would not recommend.
