Fantastic apartments with great views. Great amenities. More importantly, wonderful people working in the management. I was able to move in on time with the help of the continued efforts of Karen Van Wey. She was extremely helpful in doing the needful to ensure that the process was completed on time for my preferred move in. She showed me a variety of apartments and was very kind to send me videos of the floor plans that I was interested in, that I could then share with my family members to seek their suggestions. At the end of it, I felt assured in my decision making while choosing my apartment. At the time of move in, Parker was also very helpful. In summary, great facilities, great apartments and most importantly great people.

This place is BEAUTIFUL!! Had an awesome tour with Andrew today and he did an incredible job showing the building and features. I'm very impressed! Ascent is modern, chic and very sexy. I'm in love with the eye to detail. Stunning floor to ceiling windows, Alexa powered appliances and services that make life so easy. We are definitely considering moving here. Enjoy the pictures!!

Ascent Midtown is the BEST in Midtown!!!! I love the fact that I can call this place home. I moved from Canada and leased the unit Sight unseen. Nick sent me many videos of the community, and of the available units within my budget. Nicholas made this transition so smooth and easy. I love the fact that Ascent is attached to the Canopy by Hilton Hotel which makes it very easy for my family and friends to come visit me. If you are looking for a Brand New apartment within the Midtown District, Please come see Nick at Ascent Midtown. HE'S THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!
