This company could really use some customer service grooming. I communicated several times with them to make arrangements for my upcoming wedding. I confirmed all information requested in our correspondences. At some point, there was a mistake made, by the company, with the pick up address for my event. I emailed back requesting the correction be made and the quoted price be included. I was sent two additional incorrect and incomplete confirmations where neither the address was corrected or the price included. I then requested someone contact me to apparently an unmonitored email account. Eventually, I sent a cancellation request stating I had provided the correct information and requested someone contact me but continued to receive incorrect confirmations. The company responded, nastily, stating I emailed an unmonitored account and could have called them myself since their number was included. I responded clarifying the facts and thanking them for the cancellation. I received another reply from the company further clarifying the conversation and telling me to have a nice life. I informed them the back and forth was inappropriate and immature and was glad business had been cancelled. The company then responded again to which they received no response. I’ve never seen or experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. I simply wanted to ensure my pickup information and quoted price be captured correctly and the company was unable to do that. Ultimately, it made me feel uncomfortable trusting them with my wedding transportation needs. I would not recommend doing business with At Your Service Limousine off Roswell Rd in Atlanta, GA.

AYSL is a boutique operator with very high service standards, new vehicles, and well experienced chauffeurs. The owner is also very professional and runs a great organization.
