I have really enjoyed my experience up to now. The practice is really responsive and polite on the phone, call when they say they are going to telephone, and a complete pleasure once you are actually in the clinic. These attributes are rare these days. I'm glad I landed here first before trying several other bad ones. One additional \popular\ office I predicted Atlanta region was rude on the phone and sounded exasperated that I had even called. I am glad because it led me to that occurred. Each of the physicians and their employees has been fabulous!

I was nervous prior to my appointment, but my experience was incredible. I felt extremely safe being buzzed in and walking into warm colors, a friendly and kind receptionist, and a comfortable temperature (unlike other clinics that are always freezing cold). The location is discreet and I did not have to worry about protestors.. so a huge plus! I filled out paperwork and was called back very quickly to a bigger waiting room with a nice seating area. The staff I spoke with were compassionate, friendly, and reassuring. I felt much better after speaking with the staff member (the educator maybe?) who discussed the procedure and side effects with me and asked me about birth control. she took her time, made me laugh, and cared about my experience.. she was awesome! The entire process took about 2.5 hours, but that’s to be expected as a clinic hosting many patients for such a large area and the logistics of the process were still pretty efficient. Instead of one or two staff members doing all of the work and sitting in a room alone for hours, you are called back to a different room for each component and then back to the waiting room until the next thing. I appreciated this as a person who can’t sit in one place for a long time, especially when nervous, and I enjoyed meeting multiple staff members who had a significantly positive impact on my experience. Also, the art work placed throughout the clinic is beautiful and provides a sense of social justice, which was incredibly empowering. When I met the doctor at the end, she was extremely knowledgeable, confident, and comforting. She took her time making sure I understood everything, answered any questions I had and it was obvious that she cared. I left the clinic feeling relieved and empowered. Overall, an amazing experience and I will definitely be recommending this facility to others.

The lady I spoke with was so insensitive and rude. Warning! The lady did not even explain anything about the differences between the two options. She was not very kind at all. I made my appointment with a clinic somewhere else, and I'm grateful I did. The other Clinic gave me a better explanation of the procedures and helped me make a better choice.

I was nervous walking in because I did not know what to expect coming here. Everyone was so friendly from the front receptionist lady to the doctors. The anesthesiologist was a few hours late BUT when he did finally arrive the process went by extremely fast. Everyone was so comforting and sweet and, most importantly, non-judgmental. Having moments of laughter and casual convo definitely eased my nerves. Great place!
