The information on the website is wrong, no walk ins and no appointments available no matter when you are flying. And when you call they said only take 3 appointments at day, don’t waste your time at this place

Wonderful experience! I needed my passport renewed exactly 2 weeks before my flight. It was valid for the trip but only 5 months after, not the required 6 months that the airline requires. I was told it shouldn't be a problem but didn't want to be denied at the gate. I made an appointment over the phone and luckily got one for the next day for 10am. I still arrived early at 8am and was able to be seen at that time. People were waiting at the door but they turned away everyone that didn't have an appointment. Those turned away needed to come back after 12pm. I had all the paperwork already printed and filled out as well as my old passport to be mailed off so it take 15 minutes to get everything taken care of. I decided to have my new passport mailed to me. It cost 200 total for the passport, passport card and for it to be expedited by mail. It came in 3 days! I know they have services to get it same day too but not sure the price. Definitely do not go to a 3rd party passport service. They charge way too much (almost 600 for same day service, not including the passport fee). Get an appointment here and save yourself time and a lot of money. There is no parking here as well. I parked at the Georgia Aquarium for 10 as it is safer than the open lots. It is a longer 10 minute walk though.
