I am not sure if the positive reviews here are fake but it seems that way. I had an extremely bad experience with this company. I am a small business owner that was interested in supporting local business and hired this company to make edits to my website. It seems like basic website editing was outside of their realm. Numerous unanswered emails, countless wasted hours spent, and finished product was something my 9 year old nephew could do. After losing over 1160.00 dollars for them to do literally nothing, hired another person and the corrections that I needed them to fix she fixed in 2 hours. I was so impressed with her that I hired her to redo my entire site. My suggestion is to go elsewhere! If I could guess, I would probably be correct in saying that they outsource their design and know nothing about web design. I cant imagine that the simple tasks I asked them to complete would be so hard to execute. They couldn't even change my address on my site. Sad! Run far away from this company. Biggest mistake I have made thus far in 12 years of being in business.

We hired Black Bear Design to redesign our company's website. The collaboration was long distance since my team could not meet them in person, but that was not a hurdle at all. The Black Bear Design team made sure that the project went as smoothly as possible. The project was worth the budget, and was completed on time. Our new website looks fresh and crisp, and is certainly an improvement over the last one. They took care of every little thing in order to make it perfect. I would recommend Black Bear Design for all website design and development projects.
Called my phone and when I said the person he was looking for wasn’t available he got an attitude and hung up. Rude and was looking for business from us thanks but rather get it elsewhere.
There’s by far better options to choose from in Atlanta or surrounding cities. The owner Randee Black wasn’t very interested in hearing our concerns so ignore all the smiles and fake promises she makes and all of the fake positive reviews. This place is a waste of time and a money pit for smalls businesses!
