After paying out of pocket for simple imaging and receiving no document before leaving, I'm completely frustrated. My pain hasn't ceased so I return after the holidays to my Dr, I have waited up here, wasted my whole morning and gas to now have to reschedule. All because I couldn't just be given my results there, now I have to sign more and more forms when I already did for release but they take forever to fax it over and don't even try to reach out to you. I dont have all day to WASTE

I've called 4 times, each time get put on hold immediately. After I waited for 20 minutes someone simply hang up. We won't get to find out if the place is good or not because of terrible customer service on the phone.

Doctors are great and have excellent bedside manner. However, the receptionist is incredibly resistant to move forward with much help and consistently struggles with showing any kind of empathy or understanding. The receptionist would be better suited to being a guard that robs you of any motivation to getting anywhere. Becoming a new patient, setting a same day appointment, or even changing my medicine to a different location has been frustratingly difficult and make becoming a citizen in a new country feel like preschool homework. Reason for the lower score despite the excellent doctors is the questionable leadership that keeps receptionist like her there. I understand that they may need people to be tough, but the lady I interacted with on multiple occasions doesn't even have a molecule if human decency towards me or other patients (according to reviews). If this place were to do better or for even the receptionist to do better I hope the provide training to improve her attitude towards people in general. Heck, it'll be a miracle if they could improve her sense of logic too.

The service was superb! Fast, friendly and professional. The Doc was professional, caring, a good listener and cool. The 2 ladies in front were welcoming and quick! Although I was sick but felt much better afterwards! Love this place. It's now my primary care location!

They charge 150 for an “office visit fee” if you come in for a COVID-19 test (on top of the price of the test itself). Go elsewhere and save money.
