Do not go to Atlanta Cardiology. Front desk was terrible, they was rude and had bad customer service. They only care about money instead of the patients. I went there with bad chest pain and I left crying. I never been to cardiologist like that. The manger did not care and allowed her employee to give me attitude while I was crying.

I’m happy with the quality of care I’m receiving here. However, there have been some complications with scheduling. Issue 1: I made an appointment with Zodoc - an online scheduling platform offered on their website. I scheduled it for 12pm on the next day. I received an email saying the appointment was pending and I should await an email confirmation. The email confirmation came the following morning and it came with the notification that the appointment had been moved up to 11am. This left me with some work-related scrambling to do in order to ensure I could make the appointment. Issue 2: I needed to return a piece of equipment to the office. So, I rushed out of work at 3:40pm in order to make it to their offices before they closed at 4:30pm. I arrived at 4:15pm to find the offices closed early. I really only take issue with the fact that the scheduling platform is offered on their site as an option. If that is not the offices’ preferred method of scheduling, don’t offer it. The same for office hours. They are clearly posted as open until 4:30pm. It’s fine if the offices close at 4pm - just update your info so that patients may plan accordingly.
I was experiencing some mild troubling symptoms so I made an appointment. The doctor and Physician’s assistant were so kind and very thorough. All my tests came back normal and they were amazing at explaining everything and spending plenty of time with me. Definitely recommend.
Best practice, wonderful doctor and PA who knows exactly what is going on. Staff is also amazing, kind, and knowledgeable
