I didn't leave a message when I first called but they called me right back and scheduled me for the next day. Tech called to ask if he could come earlier. He fixed the issue quickly with no extra charge beyond the initial diagnostic fee.

I tried to call several appliances repair companies around, I would never think it's going to be so hard to find a good one. That's the reason for this review. I think I finally found one. They answered all my questions over the phone. I was pleased with prompt arrival time, I actually received a call ahead of time. My refrigerator is working now. Happy wife!

Very professional, pleasant to deal with. Amanda was courteous and cheerful in setting appointments. Jesse knew his stuff and was able to clearly and simply explain the problem and solution. Cost was 400 whereas another vendor quoted 700.
