This place is AMAZING. GREAT customer service. GREAT quality of food. GREAT prices. The employees are sweet and patient. The food was hot and fresh. Sooooo good I sat in the parking lot to consume it. They have some of the BEST shakes and flavors. I can't say enough good things about this experience !!! actually going to go back before I leave the city to bring a couple items back home

I always wanted to visit this Cook Out on Ponce. I really loved the architecture of the building and how it felt on the inside. It was nice and spacious with plenty of places to sit and eat. The bathroom was very clean. I really enjoyed my interaction with the lady working the counter. She was really cool! I ordered a tray with a big burger (everything, add bacon, add American cheese), a chicken quesadilla, fries and a sweet tea. Everything came out wonderful. I really enjoyed eating everything. I didn't want my big burger taste experience to end. It's lingering after taste after each bite took me to foodie heaven. I will definitely be making my way back to this establishment.
Everything was wrong, but my drinks even the kids burgers she was told 3 kids burgers all with cheese and ketchup they had nothing, but meat mine and my husbands burgers were also wrong it's funny though I also took a picture of the amount of fries we got.
Cook out is one of my favorite restaurants, unfortunately there isn't one that is that close to me... After a late night music fueled drive through Atlanta I ran by this location (actually I drove past and I literally turned around just to go there)... Well the line was pretty long but moved rather quickly... I placed my order... Waited a few minutes to get my order and then pulled up a little bit to check my order... Boy am I glad I checked my order, I was missing an item and an additional item that I had not ordered was there instead... So I drove around skipped the order board and just spoke directly to the cashier at the window... It didn't take them long to realize their mistake and fix it... I live a good 20-25 minutes from that location, I would have been so highly upset had I made it home before realizing they messed up my order... It is sad because all they would have had to do was one simple thing to get my order right the first time, all they had to do was READ THE ORDER BACK TO ME TO CONFIRM IT!!! Hopefully they will do that simple task in the future it saves time and money in the end... On the plus side however my food was still nice and hot when I got it home and I enjoyed it!!!
I was dare say that this particular cookout is becoming an iconic part of Atlanta and definitely a mainstay on Ponce De Leon. the only thing holding them back from five stars is the fact that they use Styrofoam in all of their packaging and cups. I always feel like I'm scraping the side of the cup with the straw and getting Styrofoam in my drink every time I get a shake from there. Not to mention that styrofoam is even worse than plastic when it comes to the damage it does to the environment. Some states have even banned the use of it in restaurants.
