Uncovering Leadership Blind Spots was a deep dive into motivating your remote teams. The content was most appropriate in these trying times of physical separation. Trainers enthusiastically presented their evidence based research in an engaging way by using multiple viewer tools - green check buttons, hand waves, and participant name text boxes placed on whiteboards. This made the virtual training experience more impactful and in-person like. Tidbits of personal Dale Carnegie principles applied in real life were shared by the trainers and viewers to strengthen connection between student & teacher. An overall stellar virtual training experience that will keep me coming back for more!

Although because of COVID, the courses had to be taken Online instead of the live version, the coaches leading the course (Karie, Beau, Brett and Evan) always made the classes fun, very interactive, challenging, and life changing.
