I contacted Atlanta Fitness Repair to get my 10 year old elliptical repaired. Despite considerable hard work by Danielle, the parts simply aren’t available any more. Naturally they were my first call when I needed my new elliptical assembled. They did a great job - arrived on time, worked efficiently, were reasonably priced and cleaned up everything so you couldn’t even tell they had been there. Their high level of customer service is a true rarity these days and much appreciated.

Marcus was great. He was on time, professional and finished the job quickly. He was done in 15 minutes! Only needed a cord to be replaced. Only negative was not being able to get a bill when he finished.

Called with a repair question and got amazing customer service. Rep gave me a ton of info including part number and info if I wanted to order direct from the manufacturer. Spent a bunch of time helping me even though I was likely looking to make the repair myself and was probably not going to be a paying customer.
Atlanta Fitness serviced my elliptical. The tech was on time, fast, and very professional. I also purchased my elliptical for them, I would definitely recommend Atlanta Fitness.
