This office has an opportunity to do a lot of good in the Atlanta community. Instead they treat the probationers like animals. Absolute power corrupts absolutely! Their system is designed for failure and the only way you can get through it is through their incompetence. This is the definition of systemic racism imo.

Completely Incompetent they very unprofessional I’ve called over 50 times to all different officers to try to communicate with somebody to put me in the right place not one of them officer answered their phone and it’s about 20 or more that just goes to show how much they really value human life not enough to to answer a simple call concerning people’s loved ones we just wanna know what’s going on like they have a hold on my son for Fulton county but no one has a reason like who is his probation officer cause nobody knows so who put the probation hold ? But if somebody picked up a phone these questions could be answered all I’m saying is do better cause has his way of making the roles reverse
These are the most unprofessional,incompetent,arrogant and dismissive individuals. You first of all have to talk across a glass to someone 3 feet behind a desk and discuss your issue in front of a room of strangers. You have to make unnecessary trips to the office because the service employee and I use the term service lightly are incapable of answering the phone or clearing voicemails. It was the worst experience ever. I understand that you have violated a law however you are a still a human and have rights. You still deserve respect.
They should just close this building down. I can’t even verify appointment. It’s unprofessional and should just be connected to the court house. Kesha bottoms needs to fix this.
My nephew is on felony probation. 3 failures to appear and a new charge of DUI and excessive speeding and released after 2 days! No holds for him!? What is wrong with this system? I'm furious. Our family thought he had finally lost the un of his life!\ He needs to be held accountable. This doesnt make sense.
