I just want to thank Mr. Scott #456 from the hero department, who helped my dad when he had a terrible tire blow on the side of the road. He has Allstate and they wouldn’t even come help him! This gentlemen was on the way to another call and decided to stop along his route. Phenomenal work!!

Drove significant distance for business meeting (\u003e 10 hrs in 14 hrs). Call A: Informed traffic slowed, accurate causation, and approx cessation. I stated I was perplexed there were no forewarnings until the process began, slightly probing, assumed understanding ***Required to stop to use restroom on side of dark mountain due to construction starting the ‘slow rolling’ process after all potential exits. I’m a small female, praise God I didn’t get hurt by something or someone. Thought maybe I could prevent this in future instances*** Call B: Is there anything we can do to change the process so the ‘slow rolling’ doesn't start until after a notice and at least one potential exit, thinking of the elderly or medical ailments. I mention current health ailments and she begins asking me about it (?) and offers no sympathy in making a proactive suggestion. She said ‘they start slow rolling when the process begins’, ok understandable. I suggest maybe I can help change that as there’s really no courtesy there. She states, “that’s not what I said, I said they start slow rolling when the process begins” So this line is only good for very simple, superficial matters. Thank you for assisting Call A.

I broke down on 285 westbound. I called 911 and they showed up and told me about Hero. They responded very fast with gasoline and I felt safe and relieved the moment Jones showed up. He reassured me that he'd help me and gave me his card. I've never met anyone kinder than this young man. 460 Jones did a great job. He was prompt and very kind. So grateful for this service. Bellemeade Avenue between Northside drive and Howell Mill Road is a mess ️. They keep patching the potholes and a month or two later they are worse than before. The street needs to be graded and redone. The MARTA bus number 37 goes up and down that street all day and night. G DOT Please do something about it. It floods all the time. Large chunks from the potholes are on the sidewalks and very dangerous. Somebody's going to get hurt
