the people in the guard shack/info desk are surly and unresponsive. act like they are doing you a favor for doing their job. often give incorrect information making it impossible to find the car your are looking for. hate going there. rude and useless.

Worst Manheim location ever. Rude and ignorance service I have ever experienced. Dear Senior Manheim management! Every hauler I have met at this location, they said the same issue with the employees. I have visited more than 1 year and printer is still not working just to print gate pass and we need to call main phone for more than half an hour. Are you serious? What is wrong with this location Manheim. Is it not one of your location? Or is there any political problems here? I will reach every transporter to put the bad reviews till Manheim management will bring the solution here!
My review is just my opinion and not a suggestion to anyone else. This place was horrible to deal with, from calling and speaking to someone who all speak to you as if you should already know, to location them and the right entrance or parking area, to the processes and timeline of service once inside. After a very long and difficult process, once everything is complete then they tell me it will take an hour to bring the car up front from the back. This makes no sense how you can drive to and from home to here faster than they can pull a car around, and no this is not on a auction day or time. Lastly, and to my surprise the car had several damage markings and pieces in the engine bay oddly removed and laying on top of the motor. This was eye popping, and I documented on site and when trying to speak to someone they only defer to another offices number. If you are not a car dealer, take precautions.
We took an uber from Kennesaw Ga to Manheim Ga with a CJC employee to pick up 2 units from today's sale. I arrived at the gate at 958pm ( I called the auction when I notice we will be cutting it close, informing them I have my gate pass in hand). I was advised I would be able to retrieve my units as long as we arrived before 10pm. We were turned away at 958pm by office Mitchell the supervisor Upon arriving at the gate at 958pm On the website it clearly shows the action closes at 10pm The fact that officer Mitchell knew I was on the way and turned us away despite arriving before 10 pm is unacceptable. How can I continue to do business with Manheim after this? What happen to compassion,consideration and courtesy?
