I have eaten a number of things from your menu and trust me it is all horrible.....the people that work there are amazing and very helpful but the food is over priced and frankly sucks. Also wondering if you donate to the homeless shelters the food that is left over. Sorry to have to be so blunt.

We have been dealing with their food service part of the business at Riverside Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. My dad is on a cardiac/diabetic diet plan with insulin shots so his meals need to be delivered with a great percentage of accuracy. Unfortunately, his first meal had 5 out of 6 items wrong. We were pretty understanding as they corrected the errors. We since have had multiple order errors with the last order having very poor customer service with correcting things. It took 1 1/2 hours to get a missing salad and to correct his fruit bowl order but was treated very very rudely.

I'm an experienced, dereed Covid-19 screener, applying for a position at the hospital I was born at. Their automated system consistently presented me with six different methods of applying. I spent approximately 2 weeks applying for the position

UK chandler in Lexington, Kentucky deserves a better run kitchen, the staff, managers and supervisors are unprofessional and rude. The food arrives luke warm, diets and condiments for patients are not strictly adhered to. Managers and customer service representatives alike do not follow food safety guidelines. If properly inspected on the bedside table of a patient, you would find food temperatures within the danger zone. I suggest anyone to carry a food thermometer and record the results before eating their food.

The food has to be transported from kitchen to rooms by way of a heated carrier. This means there can be no fresh fruit or cheese and the bread is dried. They don't seem to know about Atkins or any low-carb diet. It's not an option. I asked about it and they said they never heard of it.
