Had an amazing experience giving birth to my first child in May 2020 at Northside. Despite all the Covid restrictions. The L&D team we’re incredible and extremely helpful. Northside really takes pride in their customer service they gave so many items which was nice for a first time mom. And the breast-feeding instructors are really knowledgeable and helpful. The nurse Ly on the mommy and baby floor was so sweet and went above and beyond. My stay was amazing and the staff were extremely professional. Highly recommend delivering at Northside Atlanta!

Sucked for tonight I had both my kids here and told my niece she should deliver and tonight was her night. We get here and they make us wait 30mins had past and yet no one had came to even see what the bleeding was from and I finally decided to just go to Emory instead. I wish things would of went differently because I know Northside is the baby hospital

Terrible. The worst experience I've ever had in a hospital. There were maybe 2 nurses out of many that had decency and their stuff together. Most were very nonchalant, rude not kind or sympathetic. Just messy. There literally was an anesthesiologist that argued and cursed with a nurse in front my husband and I while I was in labor! Constantly made me feel like I was being ridiculous for wanting my baby to stay in my room and I was in a lot of pain, they didn't even try to make me comfortable. I am so glad this time around I am NOT going to deliver there!
