I am the vice president of my community’s HOA. We selected Oasis two years ago to replace a pre-existing vendor, from a long list of competitors. We did our homework and vetted them carefully. They had and have an excellent and well-earned excellent reputation. Since initially contracting with them, we have not, for a single moment, regretted the decision. We have only been extremely pleased with the quality of work, the customer service they provide, their excellent communication, their humanity, and of course, their pricing. They are a rarity among service organizations these days. Specific kudos and gratitude to Mike, Tricia, Drew, and the entire team. Carlos G. came out today to winterize my sprinkler system. He was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant! I have always been happy with Oasis - wonderful company! The staff is always helpful over the phone and their system works great!
Oasis Landscapes and Irrigation is EXCEPTIONAL. Fabian and his crew were extremely professional, detailed from beginning of project to the end and were able to answer all questions for me. Solved a big drainage problem for me and in the process left my yard looking better than it did. Highly recommend.
Great landscaping company and crew 11 that did my backyard drainage project. Crew 11 (Hugo, Jose, and Rene) did an excellent job in installing the needed dry creek bed, pine straw, mulch, fill dirt, and ivy plant. Clean up was also excellent with all done in a timely matter. The only negative is that at times emails and telephone messages were not answered in a timely matter. Also, calling the customer when the crew was to be late did not occur. They need to work on these points.
We needed a damaged sprinkler line repaired in our front yard. Carlos was our service technician. He arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem instantly. He repaired the sprinkler line and checked all of the sprinkler heads to make sure they were working. He was friendly, professional and efficient. We are very pleased with his work and happy to be able to use our irrigation system again - thanks Carlos!
