Well let me start off by telling you the situation my son and Dauther in-law has been trying to have children for 3 years, they came across this doctor and was told to buy medicine of 3500 and 15000 loan to do IVF, paid numerous amounts of money to visit this doctor, now we went trough the process and everything they said we did, now today 2/8/2020 and we was told that there’s no baby, so my point is we’re at this pivotal moment and was given false hope and now stuck with a bill of 15000 with pathways guarantee so best advice stay away from this place there liars and thieves

I was referred for an evaluation for a doctor at this facility from my attorney considering I'm in the Essure lawsuit the girl Diana has a communication problem and is very unprofessional I cannot believe they're allowing people like that to work at a facility like this I shouldn't be getting calls at 6 in the morning better yet you shouldn't be calling people unless you actually look at their file or do a background on who you're talking to so you know what to talk to them about I turned around to get a phone call back stating that I can speak to a manager on Monday yet today is Friday and my appointment is today so I guess I will not be able to do the appointment now because people in the office are unprofessional answering the phone is a very difficult thing for these people I would advise just dealing with a different facility instead of going through the stress and arguments of who's right and who's wrong I'm a small business owner and I would never allow one of my employees to act like this or speak to a patient like that this was ridiculous and I will be putting a complaint in Beyond her position the Better Business Bureau sounds like a good idea I am furiated that I had to deal with this this morning

My initial appointment was good with no problems at all. Once i went for my follow up and blood work they changed the price of how much everything would cost as I am paying out of pocket. No one called me about the results of my blood work so I called them. When someone finally called, they barely explained the results, just saying everything was normal. I also requested a follow up appointment and a follow up on my prescription which I have not received. My husband and I are very disappointed. This clinic was highly recommended by my best friend, but I am not satisfied with the way they handle business. I have since moved on to a different clinic.
