I've been in Healthcare almost 20 yrs and held positions in every area from clinical, to administration and management. I have never seen an office operate like this. Why does a patient have to wait almost 2 months just to have a phone call to determine if a patient needs an eval? The staff uses the excuse of the pandemic. How does a pandemic push you 2 mons back on a simple phone call? This office is poorly managed, if they even have a manager or administrator. If they do, please terminate them and hire a qualified administrator that knows how to properly manage a practice. If you can go to a different practice, I suggest you do! This one is NOT the one.
